Earrings follow our exchange policy: unworn, in original packaging with tags, within 14 days and with your order number. Please try earrings against the ear rather than wearing them through, as worn pieces fall outside the policy. Other jewellery and bags follow the same unworn-with-tags rule.

Wipe it with a soft dry cloth, keep it out of direct sun and away from car dashboards in summer, and stuff it with paper when stored so it keeps its shape. Avoid perfume and oil on the leather. Store it in its dust bag.
