A boutique built around fit
Saffron Lane started with a simple frustration: beautiful abayas that were never the right length. So every abaya we sell comes in five lengths, and both of our stores hem, adjust sleeves and tailor to measure. We buy fabrics for the Gulf climate first and the season's colours second, and we keep our six house labels small enough to know every piece.

Bring it back within 14 days to exchange, or book a hem or sleeve alteration in store.

- Refunds go back to the way you paid; cash on delivery is refunded by bank transfer or store credit.

Is Saffron Lane an online shop or a real boutique in Dubai?
Both. Saffron Lane is a modest-fashion boutique with two Dubai stores, a flagship villa on Jumeirah Beach Road and a store at Al Barsha Boulevard Plaza, and the same collection is sold here online. Stock on each product page is counted per store, so you can see what is on the rail before you visit or choose click & collect.
Do you deliver outside Dubai to Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and the other emirates?
Yes, we deliver across the UAE. Orders usually arrive in 1–2 working days within Dubai and 2–4 working days elsewhere in the Emirates. Delivery fees, any free-delivery threshold and the available time slots are set in our store system and shown at checkout before you pay, so the figure you see there is the one that applies.
Which abaya lengths do you stock?
Every abaya is stocked in five lengths: 52, 54, 56, 58 and 60 inches, measured from the top of the shoulder to the hem. If you fall between two lengths, choose the longer one and we can hem it in our Jumeirah or Al Barsha store in 2–3 days. The length finder on our size guide matches your height to a length.
Can I exchange an abaya if the length or size is wrong?
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery or collection to exchange or return a piece that is unworn, with its tags attached and your order number. Exchanges can be made in either store or by courier pickup in Dubai. Pieces that have already been hemmed or altered, and made-to-measure abayas, cannot be returned.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Usually yes. Payment options are set for each store in our system and listed at checkout; they typically include cash on delivery, payment at collection and bank transfer, with online card payment where it is switched on. Prices are in UAE dirhams and include VAT where applicable.
Do you offer alterations and personal styling in store?
Yes. Both stores hem abayas and trousers, and the Jumeirah flagship also has an alterations room for sleeves and custom tailoring plus a private styling suite. Styling sessions, Eid wardrobe consultations and bridal party fittings are requested through the form on our styling page. Current service prices come from our POS and are shown on each service page.
Which abaya fabrics are comfortable in the UAE summer?
Light, breathable weaves are the most comfortable from May to September: linen, cotton blends and soft nida let air move and do not cling. Crepe drapes beautifully and suits air-conditioned days, while organza and satin are best kept for evenings. Each product page names the fabric and its care.
How do I track my Saffron Lane order?
Enter your order number and email on our Track an order page, or sign in to your account to see the full timeline. Each step, from confirmed and packed to out for delivery or ready to collect, appears as it happens. We also message you when a click & collect order is ready at the store.
