Click & collect lets you order online and pick up from either Saffron Lane store in Dubai: the Jumeirah Flagship or the Al Barsha Store. Choose your store at checkout, wait for our message that your order is ready, then bring your order number. We hold collected orders for 7 days.
What is click & collect?
It is the simplest way to shop online without waiting at home for a courier. You reserve the pieces on the website, we take them from that store’s stock, press them and set them aside with your name and order number. Every product page shows stock per store, so you can see before you order whether the Jumeirah or Al Barsha rail has your length or size.
Who is it for?
- Shoppers who live or work near Jumeirah 1 or Al Barsha 1
- Anyone who wants to try an abaya on and have it hemmed in the same visit
- Gift buyers who prefer to collect a wrapped piece themselves
- Customers who would rather pay at collection than online
How does it work?
- Add your pieces to the bag and go to checkout.
- Choose Click & collect and select the Jumeirah Flagship or the Al Barsha Store.
- Pick a payment option. Depending on the store, this may be pay at collection, bank transfer (upload your proof of payment on the order page) or card where enabled.
- We message you by WhatsApp or SMS when your order is ready.
- Visit the store, show your order number and collect. You can try everything on before you leave.

What does it cost?
Click & collect itself carries no delivery charge. If you add a service such as gift wrapping or hemming, the current price is shown on the service page and at checkout, taken live from our POS.
What should I bring?
- Your order number (from the confirmation message or your account)
- The payment method you chose, if you are paying at collection
- If someone else is collecting for you, send them the order number and let us know their name on WhatsApp
How long will my order be ready and held?
Timing depends on the store’s stock and when you order; we always message you once the order is ready, so please wait for that message before you visit. We hold your order for 7 days from the day we tell you it is ready. After that the pieces go back on the rail and, for paid orders, we contact you to arrange a refund or delivery instead.
