Saffron Lane can gift-wrap any order and add a handwritten note of up to 200 characters, written by our team in store. Add the wrapping at checkout and type your message in the order notes. Digital gift cards are not sold online yet; please ask in store about gifting options.
What does gift wrapping include?
Each piece is pressed, folded in tissue and boxed, then finished with ribbon and a card. Your message is written by hand on that card. Fragrance and bakhoor are wrapped separately so the scent does not travel into fabric.

How do I add gift wrapping?
- Add the pieces to your bag.
- Add Gift wrapping from the gifting service or the option on the product page.
- At checkout, write your message in the order notes. Keep it to 200 characters, and tell us the recipient’s name if it differs from the delivery name.
- Choose delivery to the recipient’s address or click & collect from the Jumeirah or Al Barsha store.
- We wrap the order, write the card and send it or hold it for collection.
What does it cost?
The current price for gift wrapping is shown on this page and at checkout, from our POS. If you would like pieces wrapped separately, say so in the order notes and we confirm with you before wrapping.
Can I buy a gift card online?
Not yet. Digital gift cards are not sold on the website at the moment. If you would like to give a gift card, please ask in either store and our team will explain what is available. We will add them to the shop only when they work properly online.
What if the gift does not fit?
The recipient can exchange an unworn piece with tags attached within 14 days of delivery or collection, using the order number, in either store or by courier pickup in Dubai. Gift wrapping itself is not refundable. Altered or made-to-measure pieces, opened fragrance and bakhoor cannot be exchanged, so for a gift abaya we suggest leaving the length unhemmed: the recipient can have it hemmed in store in 2–3 days. Timings and practical notes
- Wrapping adds no extra delivery time in most cases; delivery typically takes 1–2 working days in Dubai and 2–4 working days across the UAE.
- For a specific date, such as Eid morning, order early and mention the date in the order notes.
