Saffron Lane is a demonstration store. Orders placed on this website are not fulfilled, goods are not delivered and no real sale takes place. The products, services, stores and policies are presented as the boutique would present them, to show how a shop runs on SmartPOS Hub. Please do not send money or personal documents in the expectation of receiving goods.
Prices, stock and availability
Prices, stock levels, per-store availability, service fees, delivery fees and payment options are drawn live from our point-of-sale system, SmartPOS. They can change at any time, for example when a piece sells in store moments before you order online.
- Prices are in UAE dirhams (AED) and include VAT where applicable.
- The price that applies is the one shown at checkout when you place your order.
- If a piece becomes unavailable after you order, we will tell you and offer an alternative or a full refund.

Product colours and descriptions
We photograph our pieces carefully, but colours can look different depending on your screen, its brightness and the light in the photograph. Fabrics such as satin, organza and chiffon catch light differently in person. Descriptions of fabric, weight and drape are given in good faith to help you choose; where precise colour matters, for example for a bridal party, we recommend visiting a store or asking us for more photos on WhatsApp at +971 4 349 2210.
Sizing and fit advice
The size guide, the abaya length finder and our stylists’ advice are general guidance based on typical measurements. Bodies, shoes and preferences differ, so a recommended length or size is a starting point, not a guarantee of fit. This is why we offer in-store hemming and alterations, and a 14-day exchange window on unaltered pieces.
Styling, journal and editorial content
Styling advice, lookbook editorials and journal articles reflect our team’s opinions on dress, fabric and occasion. They are for inspiration and general information. Lookbook and editorial images are styled photographs, not customer photos.
Fragrance and bakhoor
Our fragrance notes describe how a scent is composed; how it smells on your skin may differ. Perfume, mukhallat oil and hair and shayla mist are for external use only. If you have sensitive skin or allergies, test a small amount first and read the ingredients shown on the product page or packaging. Burn bakhoor in a ventilated space, on a suitable burner, away from children, fabrics and anything flammable, and never leave it unattended.
Care instructions
Care guidance on product pages is general. Always follow the care label sewn into the garment, which takes precedence. We cannot be responsible for damage caused by cleaning methods that differ from the label.

Store addresses, telephone numbers and opening hours are maintained in SmartPOS. Hours can change during Ramadan, Eid and public holidays, so please see live hours on our Stores page before travelling.
